New works

I’ve recently been working on a new portfolio not like anything I’ve ever done before — I’m doing physical collage work.  And I can now tell you that glue is the enemy.  These are just a few of my works, I have a few more.  Hopefully I can come up with some ideas for next semester.  If you have any suggestions, please let me know!

An Update On Life

So, I’m now fully immersed in senior year, living that crazy senior life (aka college applications and school).  This year I was made head of photography for my school’s online newspaper, and so I’ve been trying to run my team.  Basically, I’m saying that I’m super busy.  BUT… I really wanted to put out an updated portfolio that I’m really proud of.  There is so much I could put up here, really, and I’m going to start trying to force myself to post more often than I do.  But, well, here’s the portfolio for now!

Much to Do, So Little Time

So, I know that I’ve been so bad about updating this.  But, well, now I am.  At least slightly.  In a few days I hope to post an in-depth analysis of some winter finales for shows such as The Flash and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.  Looking forward to that.  But now, on to other things.

First of all, I would adore you all if you could take this survey for me.  It’s for this class I take.  I promise all responses are completely confidential, however, your responses may be used in a paper, but without your name.  It will only take about five minutes to complete.

The Summer of Adventure

This summer is for sure the summer of adventure because I have been constantly busy.  I think I may have been home for only 3 weeks during which I didn’t do anything.  Let me walk you through just a bit of my summer.

The Beginning:

At the very beginning of the summer I went to Saint Louis, Missouri for my cousins’ graduation.

Anyway, that was only about a week or so of my summer.  Then I went to Washington DC.

This is one of the most people and saddening memorials, but you would never think of it as that by just looking at it. It also stands on a hill with a great view of Washington DC.

The Summer of History Prelude

I just got back from two trips, guys!  I am super tired, but I really just wanted to post one photo from each trip right now, then add more and explain the title of this series later.  I hope you all are having a great summer!

Benedict Cumberbatch’s sexiness questioned

This just proves that Moffat is wrong when it comes to sexiness. I mean, come on, look at both David Tennant and Benedict Cumberbatch!!! They are too much for words.

The Marquee Blog

This one is going to be a mystery for Benedict Cumberbatch fans.

According to Radio Times, a UK entertainment publication, the BBC didn’t think the actor was sexy enough to play the role of Sherlock Holmes.

This has to be one of my favorite projects that I have done. I changed the color of the bridesmaids’ dresses and Sherlock’s suit to purple using the select-by-color and color-picker tools. Very time consuming, but very rewarding. Maybe one day I will have enough time to get super nit-picky with it and fix up those little problems. One day.

(Also, I don’t know when I will next be able to post, sorry!)
